Field Collections Officer
The Field Collection Collector is responsible for visiting clients to collect outstanding payments. What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions. Assess clients' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during collection activities. Report regularly to the Collection Manager on progress and any issues encountered. Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional manner. Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes.
