Field IT Engineer

Desktop/laptop; hardware/software; imaging, staging and configuring HP product in both Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems. Candidates must have strong client facing, customer service and communication skills to interact with all levels of client staffs. Basic networking, wireless and application skills also required. 3 or more years of experience in a hands-on desk side support role required Must have valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance (required) Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office software Proficient with PC hardware Excellent communication skills required.
