Field Training Officer (FTO) - Data Center Security
Key Responsibilities Deliver onboarding, certification, and ongoing training for Security Officers. Facilitate engaging classroom and practical training sessions. Coach and assess employees to support their development and performance. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with training requirements. Conduct training audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with site leadership to identify training needs and development opportunities. Promote a strong culture of safety, security, and operational excellence. Travel between sites to support training and operational needs. Who Are We Looking For? Able to build trust, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high performance. A background in teaching, training, or pedagogy is an advantage. Qualifications Required Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken. Valid driver's license (Class B). Satisfactory background check Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Security Guard Certification (Vekterutdanning) Experience within the security industry or from data center operations Experience delivering training, instruction, coaching, or mentoring. Teaching, educational, or pedagogical background. For exceptional candidates, support for obtaining required security qualifications may be considered.
