Finance Applications Administrator

Requirements: Required: Hands-on Coupa and Ramp administration experience, including system configuration, security roles, and workflow management. At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering finance or business applications in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Working knowledge of financial business processes, including procurement, expense management, travel, taxation, sales compensation, time tracking, usage billing, and financial planning. Experience managing system configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, testing, releases, data quality, reporting, documentation, user support, and vendor relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, InfoSec, and external vendors. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred: Coupa and Ramp certifications are strongly preferred. Egencia administration experience and a relevant certification are highly desired. Experience administering LogiSense is a significant advantage and a major plus. Experience with Replicon, Xactly, Avalara AvaTax, or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus. Experience with sales compensation platforms such as Xactly is a plus. Experience with time tracking or payroll-related platforms such as Replicon or Deel is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently across a distributed, global team.
