Finance Business Partner – Consulting Assignment at AstraZeneca

At WeQuel, we are now looking for a consultant for a consulting assignment as Finance Business Partner at AstraZeneca in Södertälje, where you will become an important part of the Sweden Operations Finance team with a focus on quality and regional supply chain. You will provide input and support, and challenge the financial performance of the business. As a consultant at WeQuel, you will be assigned to our client AstraZeneca, a major international healthcare and bio-pharmaceutical company, where you contribute to improving financial performance, supporting strategic focus areas and delivering efficiency targets. Your responsibilities: Lead financial steering for Regional Quality in EMEA & Sweden Supply and Regional Supply Chain Month-end and planning cycles, including analysis and consolidation Presenting performance to management and suggesting areas for improvement Collaboration with the strategy department and steering towards strategic focus areas to deliver efficiency targets Driving and supporting business cases Ad-hoc tasks and projects You work in a dynamic environment where you operate independently and drive your own flow forward, while collaborating with several stakeholders within AstraZeneca’s organization. Requirements: 5 years’ experience as Finance Business Partner Master’s degree in management and finance Experience from manufacturing accounting and operations finance Excellent written and spoken English (Swedish is a plus but not mandatory) Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Well organized, analytical, flexible and accurate Good team working skills and the ability to operate independently Good communication skills and the ability to work to tight timelines Assignment details: Start date: 2026-11 End date: 15 May 2027 Workload: 100 % Remote: onsite (Södertälje) What we offer: At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is created through engagement, collaboration and development.
