Fleet Resourcing Coordinator

We bring them off the beaten track, to special destinations across the Arctic, Antarctic, Galapagos, British Isles, Alaska, Northern Norway, and Central / South America. The Fleet Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end external / internal recruitment/promotion process for shipboard positions across the fleet. The role ensures the timely sourcing, attraction, selection, and hiring of qualified seafarers across all departments to meet operational manning requirements.
