Forward Deployed Engineer (Polish)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on engineering role at a seed-stage AI voice and communication platform, sitting at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and customers. You will own deployments end-to-end, from capturing requirements through to production, and build the reusable playbooks that make rollouts scalable across the Polish market. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Capture customer requirements and translate them into concrete implementation plans. - Build and roll out AI assistant setups in production, covering workflows, logic, prompts, and guardrails. - Implement integrations with third-party systems including APIs, webhooks, CRMs, calendars, and ticketing tools. - Develop smaller features and glue code to cleanly map customer use cases to the platform. - Debug under live production conditions across calls, flows, and edge cases, and deliver fast fixes. - Build reusable templates and deployment playbooks to make customer setups scalable and repeatable. - Deliver prioritized, concrete product feedback to the engineering team based on real customer pain points. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of experience as a software engineer building production systems with APIs, integrations, or workflow automation. - Strong understanding of AI systems and LLMs, including prompting, tool-use, RAG, and common failure modes. - Solid independent coding skills in at least one backend language such as Python or TypeScript. - Proven experience implementing APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, and third-party integrations. - Experience building and debugging production workflows, including edge case handling and rapid troubleshooting. - Cloud deployment and observability fundamentals: deploying, monitoring, and debugging applications in production. - Ability to translate complex business processes into automated, testable logic flows. - Native or near-native Polish and fluent English are required. - Nice to have: experience with voice or telephony systems, low-code workflow tools such as n8n, SQL, monitoring and tracing tools, or familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 60,000 to 85,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland.
