Founders Associate - Sales

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-ownership, generalist role sitting at the heart of an early-stage B2B SaaS company in the commercial and industrial energy storage space. You'll work directly alongside the founding team to drive revenue, shape the sales playbook, and keep operations running — going wherever the business needs you most. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and execute the sales playbook, identifying and pursuing new B2B revenue opportunities across European markets. - Run outbound outreach and work directly with decision-makers to close deals. - Design and implement internal processes to keep daily operations efficient and scalable. - Support team growth by coordinating recruiting and helping attract top talent. - Tackle ambiguous, high-priority problems across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success as they arise. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1 year of experience at a high-growth startup, venture capital firm, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm — or a Bachelor's/Master's degree with strong academic results from a competitive university plus at least one relevant internship in a similar environment. - Demonstrated ability to execute B2B sales outreach and close deals with business decision-makers. - Experience building sales processes and identifying new revenue opportunities from scratch. - Comfortable designing and implementing operational processes in fast-moving, undefined environments. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales automation tooling. - Experience supporting or coordinating hiring processes is a plus. - Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations functions is an advantage. - Prior experience in CleanTech, battery energy storage, or energy markets is a bonus — but not required. - Thrives in early-stage environments with rapid iteration and shifting priorities. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: €65,000 – €85,000 per year - Equity: VSOP / equity package with standard vesting schedule - Visa sponsorship: Not available LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany. The team also has presence in Hamburg and Kiel.
