FOUNDER'S OFFICE - GTM Libra AI · Full-Time · On-site · Bangalore THE OPPORTUNITY Libra AI is an enterprise AI-native WorkOS that unifies search, automation, and intelligent action across 250+ tools. We replace the chaos of fragmented software with one AI layer that actually works—executing workflows, surfacing answers, and taking action across HR, Finance, Procurement, GTM, and more. We're pre-seed, growing quickly, and building our North America GTM from scratch. This isn't a traditional Founder's Office role. You'll work directly with the founders to figure out who buys Libra, why they buy, how we reach them, and how we scale that motion. You'll work on positioning, outbound, customer conversations, demos, and turning what we learn into better product and GTM decisions. If you're looking for ownership, ambiguity, and a front-row seat to building an AI company, you'll probably enjoy this. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Build outbound pipeline across North America through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, and creative prospecting. - Work directly with the founders to refine our ICP, positioning, messaging, and outbound strategy. - Join discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, and help close early customers. - Work closely with product to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap and positioning. - Experiment constantly—new messaging, outbound channels, AI tools, workflows, and GTM ideas. - Help build the systems, playbooks, and processes that future GTM hires will inherit. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are more interested in potential, than experience. You might have worked in sales, growth, business development, founder's office, or GTM at an early-stage startup. We're looking for people who: - Have 1–4 years of experience in startups, SaaS, AI, growth, or GTM. - Are exceptional communicators, both written and verbal. - Enjoy talking to customers and understanding how they think. - Are highly self-directed and comfortable figuring things out without a playbook. - Are strong executors and enjoy getting things done. - Will help build the culture, the systems and workflows that help us build a world-class GTM motion. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF - You have worked with AI or automation products and understand the buying psychology around AI adoption - You have worked in an early-stage or zero-to-one environment and enjoyed the ambiguity - You think about growth as solving customer problems, not just following set processes. - You want ownership of a function, real responsibility, and meaningful equity in something you helped build. COMPENSATION Competitive base + performance bonus + meaningful early-stage ESOP. Location: Bangalore (working North America hours).
