Founding Marketer (Growth, GTM)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding marketing hire at a B2C healthtech company building a personalized health platform centered on advanced diagnostics and preventive care. You will build the marketing function from the ground up, shaping both strategy and execution, and work directly with leadership to drive user growth, brand narrative, and revenue momentum. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define and execute GTM strategy across channels to drive revenue and user growth. - Lead brand positioning and storytelling to craft a compelling, consistent narrative. - Manage paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn alongside social media, partnerships, and influencer programs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams. - Set marketing budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI across all channels. - Build, mentor, and scale the marketing function as the company grows. - Develop high-impact marketing campaigns and maintain performance dashboards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2 to 5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or an adjacent field, with full-time availability required. - Hands-on experience building a GTM or growth function from zero to one, rather than only operating in a scaled or late-stage environment. - Strong brand positioning and storytelling skills with a track record of executing multi-channel strategies. - Proficiency in digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. - Experience with advanced marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM integrations (for example, GA4, dashboard tooling). - Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring channel ROI. - Experience with influencer, partnership, or affiliate marketing, including negotiation and campaign management. - Strong analytical skills for testing, iterating, and scaling marketing strategies. - Comfortable collaborating closely with product, sales, design, and customer success stakeholders. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary between 35,000 EUR and 70,000 EUR, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
