FOUNDING PRODUCT DESIGNER

- [](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q) # **Who We Are** We are a well-capitalized technology company on a mission to redefine how the world searches, discovers, and interacts. We believe the internet and the data people create within it should work for people, not the other way around. **Our mission is to channel the world’s truth and intelligence into the hands of the people.** Truth should be humanity’s compass. # **The Problem You Will Be Solving** The internet was built to inform the many, not to serve the individual. Platforms and search systems optimize for engagement, extraction, and consumption at global scale. AI has made that model more powerful, while the individual remains largely the input rather than the beneficiary of the transaction. Mainstream systems are not designed first and foremost to serve the individual with the most truthful information, but to serve the incentives and operating models that shape them. The problem is not information. The world has never had more. The problem is that people give away a lifetime of data without receiving the intelligence, control, and personalization that their data should make possible. The internet has made information abundant. Search has not made truth inevitable. People should not have to search. They should simply find. We are changing that for humanity. # **Our Values** 1. First principles over conventional comfort. 2. Low ego. High confidence. 3. Right over easy. 4. Conviction is our fuel. Execution is our engine. 5. Excellence is our discipline. Love is our compass. # Open Positions (9) Filters: Reset filters DepartmentAll DepartmentsTechnical Staff (9) Employment TypeAll Employment TypesFull time (9) LocationAll LocationsStockholm (9) Location TypeAll Location TypesOn-site (9) No filters applied ## Technical Staff [**FULL STACK ENGINEER** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/68e531ce-adce-428c-8693-e53549417ff1) [**LEAD PLATFORM ENGINEER** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/c62c1b24-704c-4348-ac70-d9e5cb6e4d41) [**SENIOR AI ENGINEER - AI SYSTEMS** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/0888509e-bb8f-4e1a-96f5-b813e4739478) [**SENIOR AI ENGINEER - PERSONALIZATION** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/425b4738-a90b-487a-ab59-7c55f2a5c662) [**SENIOR AI ENGINEER - SEARCH** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/9ef065f1-4358-4c22-be7d-0d1380c0386d) [**SENIOR AI ENGINEER - USER INTELLIGENCE** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/6dd8f1c5-0cc1-4cfd-9fc6-e6d7682ac23c) [**SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER - PAYMENTS** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/75d9a863-9e6a-40ed-aeee-07fc497dc8ff) [**SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER - PLATFORM** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/0f777d2c-75a9-4df3-91b0-1639e7829039) [**SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER** \\ \\ Technical Staff • Stockholm • Full time • On-site](https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/q/462d9b71-e0dc-46a8-b9d0-e5a1fc337508) ### Cookie Management We use some essential cookies to make this site work.
