We're looking for proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals fluent in Chinese Simplified & Traditional to help players experience the best of our award-winning MMO across all platforms. You’ll become part of an international team based in Berlin, working to make Albion Online an unforgettable experience for players worldwide. Main Responsibilities - Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via our ticketing platform, as well as potentially through chat and email - Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism - Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough resolution - Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online and its systems, staying informed about game updates and community trends - Deliver support in a clear, concise, and respectful manner, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction Key Requirements - Fluency in written and spoken Chinese Simplified & Traditional - Solid verbal and written English communication skills for effective internal collaboration and external communication - Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends (remote/freelance) - Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills - Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting) - Deep interest in online games and a genuine desire to help the player community Additional Information - This is a freelance, remote, part-time position - All applicants must be 18+ and able to receive international payments - Applications must be submitted in English Ready to Support Albion Online's Community?
