Key responsibilities:** - Assist customers with advice and problem-solving - Carry out consultative sales - Handle after-sales matters - Contribute to high-quality customer support and an optimal customer experience **Your profile:** We are looking for someone with experience in sales, sales support or customer service. We would like you to have technical skills and a problem-solving aptitude, combined with strong communication skills. You are a confident computer user and feel comfortable in a digital working environment. It is essential that you have excellent written communication skills with fluency in English, as well as French, Italian and/or Finnish. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage. As a person, you are curious, down-to-earth and solution oriented.
