Fulfilment Specialist (12-month FTC)

The Fulfilment Specialist is responsible for performing fulfilment tasks delegated by the Manager or Lead Agent. The role follows established procedures and workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities, while identifying and escalating priority issues where required. Brochure fulfilment for all markets.Preparing and maintaining ship manifests.Back Office tasks related to invoicing.Managing and responding to enquiries received through the Loyalty Inbox.Medical Screening Form process support. Updating customer profiles where required. Service Web bookings (market dependent) Work with Inside Sales teams globally to support Groups admin, Charter and Block space groups. Support on ad hoc projects as required. Contribute to broader team and business priorities as needed.Thinks sustainably and brings this mindset to their team and partners.Champions the HX Spirits.
