Full-Stack Developer
For our client, we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The Position: As a full-stack developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and technical implementation of our Partner-enabled services. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Full-stack Developers, Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, UI & UX specialists, and other stakeholders to enhance and scale the existing service portfolio, partner enablers, and developer platform. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Drive technical work in collaboration with the Project Manager and Solution Architect, taking ownership of development tasks and contributing handson throughout the project lifecycle. Lead technical initiatives through coding, code reviews, technical guidance, and continuous improvement. System Development & Implementation: Develop and evolve Partner solutions, including reusable components and service enablers. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration between back-end and front-end systems. Support Architectural Design: Support the Solution Architect in architectural design and participate in the technical roadmap of our applications, advocating for scalable and maintainable solutions. Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency and user experience together with the Solution Architect. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and testing strategies to ensure high-quality and performant code. Conduct code reviews, automated testing, and performance optimization to maintain a high level of reliability and user satisfaction. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and patterns for the Partner Relations team. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to onboard new team members and promote continuous learning. Innovation and AI Enablement: Actively explore and apply modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and other innovative approaches, to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance development quality. Your profile Most important of all is your personality and desire to drive a concept and refinement work supporting our goals. You will encounter challenges and complexities daily. The ability to approach problems analytically, break them down into manageable components, and devise creative solutions is crucial. You will drive the evolution of our Partner Service enablers and APIs, ensuring consistency, scalability, performance, and maintainability across our back- and front-end applications. In summary, we believe you have: • A university degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in complex software development. • Strong experience with TypeScript and modern full-stack application development. • Deep expertise in AWS, including serverless architectures and cloud-native services. • Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js • Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using AWS CDK. • A proactive, driven mindset with the ability to take ownership and move development forward in collaboration with architects and project leads. • Interest in and curiosity about AI and other modern innovation practices that can improve productivity and speed up delivery. Experience in the automotive industry is considered beneficial, as well as experience within a field close to or within full-stack development frameworks and tools. We think you have broad knowledge and ability to create and present concepts and new innovative ideas, both for technical specialists and people without technical knowledge. You hold a valid work permit for Sweden, if not an EU citizen. Fluent in English – both written and spoken. PLEASE NOTE!
