Full Stack Engineer, Monetization

key responsibilities include** - Writing production-ready code across the back end and front end-stable, well-tested, and built to last - to ship new features and advance our technical strategy - Reviewing code thoughtfully for engineers across the team and beyond - Participating in and leading technical discoveries, working through problems collaboratively rather than in isolation - Partnering closely with a Product Manager to build a deep understanding of the product - Sharing in a company-wide on-call rotation (frequency is flexible) **Requirements** - 3+ years of hands-on experience building production software across the stack - Backend experience in Go, or another modern backend language (Python, Java, or similar) - Front-end experience writing clean, maintainable code in TypeScript and React - Comfortable in working AI-first, with agentic tools as part of everyday craft - Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with others - An appetite to keep growing — both technically and in your understanding of product and business **Equal opportunity employer** We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world.
