Full Stack Software Engineer

What You'll Do Develop, test, debug, document, and support software features across our SaaS platforms Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code following established engineering standards Collaborate with engineers, Product Managers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to continuously improve code quality and engineering skills Troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments with guidance from senior engineers Assist in developing APIs, integrations, user interfaces, and backend services Learn and adopt cloud-native development practices and modern engineering tools Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, testing, and learning Leverage AI responsibly for research, implementation support, documentation, and automation assistance — reviewing and validating AI-generated output before it reaches production Demonstrate ownership, accountability, professionalism, and a continuous learning mindset What You'll Bring 1-3 years of professional software development experience, internship experience, or equivalent practical experience Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles Exposure to one or more modern languages/frameworks — PHP (Laravel, Symfony), Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), or JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js, Vue.js, Angular) — through coursework, internships, personal projects, open-source contributions, or professional work Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with exposure to modern front-end frameworks, responsive design, and accessibility principles Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, service integrations, and authentication/authorization fundamentals Basic understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), SQL fundamentals, and data modeling concepts Exposure to AWS, Git and modern source-control workflows, CI/CD concepts, and Docker/containerized applications Understanding of secure coding fundamentals, automated testing, and software quality practices Proven, daily experience using AI tooling for AI-native development, applied responsibly Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Self-starter with strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Why This Role Impact: Contribute to customer-facing products and internal systems across a portfolio of 33+ software applications serving 12+ vertical markets.
