Till vår kund så letar vi efter en 'Senior Fullstack Developer' Project Description The team is responsible for maintaining and developing business-critical case management applications used primarily by Customer Service. These applications support daily operational processes and are essential for efficient case handling, stable service delivery, and a strong user experience for internal users. The assignment includes a significant amount of lifecycle management (LCM) activities for legacy applications, including modernization, technical debt reduction, platform upgrades, and remediation of lifecycle and security-related risks. In parallel, the team will contribute to the development of a modern user interface supporting KYC-related case management processes. The consultant will work as an integrated team member, contributing to shared priorities while supporting the adoption of AI-assisted development practices and modern software engineering. Assignment Context - Maintain and develop business-critical case management applications. - Support lifecycle management, modernization, and technical risk reduction. - Contribute to the development of a modern Angular-based user interface. - Strengthen frontend capabilities through collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Promote modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and trunk-based development. Primary Focus This is a senior Fullstack Developer role with a primary focus on lifecycle management (LCM), modernization, and reducing technical debt in business-critical applications. The consultant will work hands-on with maintenance, platform upgrades, and long-term application sustainability while also providing frontend expertise and Angular guidance for upcoming UI development. The role includes mentoring team members, promoting frontend best practices, and contributing to maintainable architecture and scalable solutions. Required Competencies - Strong fullstack development experience with solid frontend expertise. - Experience with lifecycle management, modernization, maintenance, and technical debt reduction. - Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web development. - Strong experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET development. - Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and user-friendly business applications. - Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated deployments. Preferred Competencies - Experience with .NET Aspire. - Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka. - Experience with microservices, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms. - Experience mentoring developers in Angular and frontend architecture. - Experience from regulated industries, case management, KYC, insurance, or similar business domains. Modern Engineering Practices - Strong interest in modern software engineering and continuous improvement. - Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and quality-focused development. - Experience working with trunk-based development. - Commitment to clean code, maintainability, security, and long-term sustainability. AI-Assisted Development - Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and software quality. - Ability to combine AI capabilities with engineering expertise, security awareness, and critical thinking. - Interest in exploring new AI-enabled ways of working.
