Fullstack Developer to Bruce Studios

And we're just getting started.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8eff36d2-7fff-105f-d531-af17408694ee">Your mission</strong></span></p><p><span>In this role, you'll combine technical execution with product ownership - building and improving the digital products, backend services, and tools that create value for our members, employers, and partners. You'll play a key role across our platforms, working with many different services, platforms and technologies.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8eff36d2-7fff-105f-d531-af17408694ee">What you'll do</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design, build, test, and maintain features across our B2C and B2B platforms - from backend services and APIs to frontend interfaces and databases.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to translate member and business needs into features that ship.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take responsibility for the quality, reliability, and maintainability of what you build, balancing speed, simplicity, and long-term scalability.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify opportunities to improve our products, systems, and ways of working, and help drive them from idea to implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and help ensure a seamless user experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to technical discussions and help shape our product and architectural decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously improve our development practices, tools, and processes.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8eff36d2-7fff-105f-d531-af17408694ee">What we want you to bring</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>At least 3 years of experience as a developer in a fullstack role.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An interest in usability and building great user experiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong sense of ownership and responsibility</span></p></li><li><p><span>Curiosity for learning and understanding how things work</span></p></li><li><p><span>We primarily build with Go, Python, and Svelte/React, but we value strong engineering skills, curiosity, and attitude/ cultural fit above experience with any particular language or framework.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with AI tools and a willingness to use them to make yourself and the team more effective.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8eff36d2-7fff-105f-d531-af17408694ee">Nice to have:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience working with B2B platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interest in or experience with digital health, fitness, or wellness products.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8eff36d2-7fff-105f-d531-af17408694ee">Our values at Bruce Studios</strong></span></p><p><span>Our values are the foundation of Bruce Studios.
