Requirement Profile: We are looking for a Software Developer with a curiosity for learning new technologies and who sees our profession as a craft. You have at least 5 years of experience, or a more senior profile, and you want to keep growing in a modern, AI driven development landscape. We are moving into agentic AI going forward, so a real interest in this area and an ambition to drive it forward is a strong plus. You have the ability and curiosity to work across the entire tech stack: database, devops, pipelines, BE/FE, mobile and more. You take responsibility for the whole solution rather than a specific part of it. A university degree is required. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems across backend and frontend Ensure code quality, security, and long-term maintainability Work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions Contribute to system architecture and design decisions Act as a bridge between modern tools and sustainable engineering practices Daily Activities: You do consultancy assignments at our client's sites.
