You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, system owners, and other impacted teams to assess proposed changes, identify dependencies, and define system concepts. A key part of the role is facilitating cross-functional discussions, ensuring alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and communicating architectural decisions in a clear and structured way. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional in function development, system development, or system ownership who is interested in progressing into an architecture-focused role. Key Responsibilities: Support vehicle software and functional changes throughout the early development process, from initial idea to an agreed solution. Collaborate with internal customers, system owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define appropriate system solutions. Facilitate discussions to clarify requested changes, assess potential impacts, and identify affected systems and interfaces. Develop, define, and communicate clear system concepts, including architectural principles, interfaces, communication messages, dependencies, and consequences. Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders with different technical backgrounds. Document agreed solutions and architectural decisions using the relevant architecture tools and documentation processes. Translate complex technical topics into clear, understandable information that supports decision-making and collaboration. Identify dependencies across vehicle systems and platforms to ensure that changes are assessed from a broader system perspective. Contribute to a flow-oriented way of working and promote effective collaboration and good engineering practices across the organisation. Support and coach colleagues by sharing knowledge, explaining approaches, and helping teams understand how to apply agreed solutions. Requirements: B.Sc . or M.Sc . in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Solid experience in function development, system development, or system ownership within an embedded systems or vehicle development environment. Good understanding of vehicle or platform complexity and the interactions between different systems. Experience assessing functional or software changes and understanding their impact on related systems and components. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus. Ability to structure complex information, define clear system concepts, and communicate technical solutions effectively. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive industry, which is highly valued. Knowledge of in-vehicle communication technologies and topologies, such as CAN and Ethernet. Experience working with embedded software development in a continuous delivery or continuous change environment. Familiarity with architecture documentation, system modelling, or architecture toolchains. Experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines and coordinating changes in complex technical environments. What We Offer: A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development Flexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance 25 days of annual leave to recharge and relax An annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK to support your health and wellbeing
