Functional Analyst – MES & Manufacturing Digitalization We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst for an exciting assignment within a large-scale manufacturing digitalization initiative. You will join a skilled Factory IT & Digitalization team working to create a modern, data-driven production environment with a strong focus on productivity, quality, and automation. The Role The organization is currently in the final phase of implementing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across its production lines. As a Functional Analyst, you will support the implementation through use cases, system configuration, testing, and operational support. You will work closely with production engineers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders involved in both automated and manual production environments. Key Responsibilities Review and collaborate on process and data maps provided by production engineering Configure and model functionality within the MES system Plan and execute system testing Support projects and production lines in both an advisory and operational capacity Provide expertise within digitalization and manufacturing IT Collaborate with engineering teams on automated and manual production cells Your Background Experience with requirements analysis and business systems Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Good understanding of manufacturing processes and business flows Understanding of IT and digitalization within the manufacturing industry Strong communication skills and ability to work in complex environments Self-motivated and comfortable collaborating across different functions Meritorious University degree in Engineering, preferably including programming Experience with OEE measurement and/or production performance monitoring Swedish language skills English is required, and Swedish is preferred.
