Funds Paralegal

You collaborate effectively with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams across a fast-paced environment. Legally educated (preferred). An undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred; a GDL is welcome. Prior exposure to LP Transfer processes is a plus but not required. At Carta, you’re not just an employee.
