Game Designer (Hybrid Casual)

We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, rapidly iterating on ideas, and turning raw gameplay concepts into strong product foundations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop gameplay systems and features for new game prototypes Work on core gameplay, progression, balance, and early meta systems Create and maintain game design documentation (concept docs, GDDs, feature specs) Analyze gameplay problems and propose solutions to improve player experience and engagement Participate in prototyping and iteration processes together with the R&D team Design and tune game balance, rewards, pacing, and progression Work with product metrics and formulate gameplay hypotheses Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, artists, and developers during early production stages Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or puzzle games Participation in developing games or prototypes from scratch (R&D / pre-production) Experience working on at least 5 game projects or prototypes Experience creating and maintaining game design documentation Understanding of gameplay systems, progression, balancing, and player motivation Strong knowledge of the mobile games market and current genre trends Ability to clearly communicate ideas and work in a fast iteration environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Russian and English - must have Working at Tripledot 20 business days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year Hybrid Working: We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice. 20 business days remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, or use the time to cover mandatory office days to WFH, 20 days of the year Lunch: Provided daily in the office to keep you fueled and focused Continuous Professional Development: Propel your career with continuous opportunities for professional development Private Medical Cover: Ensure your health is in good hands through private health insurance Sport Compensation: Stay fit and active with our sport compensation benefit Taxi to compensate for travel to the office English Classes: Enhance your English skills with our provided English classes
