Game Designer (Hybrid Casual)

We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, rapidly iterating on ideas, and turning raw gameplay concepts into strong product foundations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop gameplay systems and features for new game prototypes Work on core gameplay, progression, balance, and early meta systems Create and maintain game design documentation (concept docs, GDDs, feature specs) Analyze gameplay problems and propose solutions to improve player experience and engagement Participate in prototyping and iteration processes together with the R&D team Design and tune game balance, rewards, pacing, and progression Work with product metrics and formulate gameplay hypotheses Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, artists, and developers during early production stages Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or puzzle games Participation in developing games or prototypes from scratch (R&D / pre-production) Experience working on at least 5 game projects or prototypes Experience creating and maintaining game design documentation Understanding of gameplay systems, progression, balancing, and player motivation Strong knowledge of the mobile games market and current genre trends Ability to clearly communicate ideas and work in a fast iteration environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Russian and English - must have Working at Tripledot Hybrid Working Paid Holiday: Enjoy 20 business days of paid holiday Collaborative and Data-Driven Culture: Work in an environment where strong opinions are welcomed, ideas are challenged constructively, and product decisions are based on metrics and insights Continuous Professional Development: Grow your expertise through professional development opportunities within the company’s learning budget Medical Insurance Compensation: Receive compensation for private medical insurance Sport Compensation: Stay fit and active with partial reimbursement for your gym membership
