Passion for Quality: You care deeply about details and aim for world-class quality. Engineering Best Practices: You write clean, maintainable, and robust code. Tech-Savvy: Broad interest in technology (App dev, Web, Databases, UI/UX, Animation). Optimization: Skilled in optimizing memory, GPU, CPU and shader usage. Unity Expertise: Familiarity with Unity. Experience shipping high-quality games is a bonus. Troubleshooting: Able to fix compilation and runtime errors effectively. Prototyping: Able to build rapid prototypes in Unity. Tool Creation: Experience building Unity tools (e.g., level editors, data visualizers). Communication: Clear expression of technical details. Experience teaching or mentoring others is a plus.
