Global Customer Supply Chain Transformation Manager (12-months contract)

As the Global CSC Transformation Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing the transformation agenda for Global Customer Supply Chain. Working closely with Regional CSC Heads, you will lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational excellence, strengthen customer collaboration, accelerate digital and AI adoption, and enhance the capabilities of our global CSC organization. This is a highly collaborative role that requires exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will partner with Global & Regional CSC Heads, and cross-functional stakeholders across Planning, Commercial, IT, Digital, Data & Analytics and Finance to align priorities, drive execution and deliver meaningful business outcomes. Success in this role depends on your ability to build trusted relationships, influence without direct authority and navigate a highly matrixed global environment. Beyond delivering transformation initiatives, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify ways of working and introduce innovative solutions that create measurable value for both the business and our customers. In this role you will: Drive strategic transformation initiatives by leading end-to-end business process redesign (BPR) and evolving operating models to simplify, standardize and optimize the Global Customer Supply Chain organization. Drive customer-centric transformation by improving customer journey, service experience and cross-functional collaboration across the order-to-cash process. Building strong partnerships with Global and Regional CSC Heads and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business outcomes. Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working and accelerate organizational capabilities. Leading cross-functional initiatives that enable digital transformation, AI adoption and process standardization. Translating business needs into actionable transformation plans and ensuring successful execution and adoption. Establish governance, KPIs and benefits realization frameworks to monitor progress and transformation value. Promoting collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the Global CSC organization. Contributing to the development of scalable capabilities that enhance customer experience, operational excellence and long-term business growth. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Program Management, Supply Chain, Customer Supply Chain, Consulting or related functions. Project Management and/or Change Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Prosci)with excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading complex cross-functional digital transformation initiatives, including process automation and AI-enabled business improvements, in a global matrixed organization. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels without direct authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation and executive storytelling skills. Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases, establishing governance and KPIs, and measuring transformation success through ROI and benefits realization. Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of new processes, tools or ways of working. Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, strong ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).. Experience in Customer Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) or Commercial Supply Chain. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, analytics or enterprise technologies. Experience with ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle, Kinaxis, SAP), supply chain planning systems and workflow automation tools.
