Global Design & UX Lead

WE ARE LOOKING FOR** • 6-10 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Digital Design, or related fields, including experience leading projects, teams, or design practices • Proven experience building and scaling design systems across multiple products, brands, or markets • Experience leading designers through direct people management or senior design leadership • Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, user research, design operations, and customer journeys • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams • Strong understanding of modern design ecosystems, including design tools, AI-powered workflows, and SaaS platforms • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Experience from e-commerce, digital consumer products, marketplaces, or similar environments is highly valued • Fluent in English **YOU WILL PROBABLY THRIVE HERE IF YOU** • Enjoy building and scaling design capabilities, frameworks, and teams • Combine strong design thinking with commercial understanding and business impact • Enjoy creating clarity, structure, and alignment in growing organizations • Are curious about emerging technologies and excited by the opportunities AI can create for teams and customers **WHAT WE OFFER** We are a value-driven company with our values **We Team Up, Innovation Drives Us, Inclusion and Non-Hierarchy, and Going the Extra Mile** at the heart of everything we do.
