Key responsibilities  Ecosystem strategy and orchestration  Define and drive the technical strategy for ServiceNow’s technology-partner ecosystem across hyperscaler, ISV, and strategic technology partnerships, so cross-partner patterns compound into ecosystem-wide momentum.  Own the partner prioritization model weighing technical readiness, co-innovation intent, and customer pipeline alignment to focus PTA coverage where ServiceNow wins and grows.  Translate PTAG and GPC strategy into ecosystem execution across every geography.  Build repeatable, scalable enablement that extends the team’s reach beyond its own capacity—creating a reusable content payload for recruiting and onboarding ISV partners and for positioning hyperscaler as a route to market, then activating it through GEO SC leadership so field teams and partners can lead these opportunities independently rather than depending on the team for every engagement.  Technical authority and co-innovation  Lead the PTA team as the persistent technical authority for the ecosystem; technical discovery, architectural validation, and competitive positioning that accelerate partner-led opportunities.  Drive AI-first co-innovation with partners, applying ServiceNow reference architectures and design standards to shape joint solutions and repeatable offerings.  Accelerate partner-built solutions through the ServiceNow Store surfacing co-innovation opportunities, guiding certification-ready design, and coordinating go-to-market with partners.  Grow partner mindshare, consumption, and solution quality by evangelizing ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities across the partner community.  Executive partnership management  Serve as the named ServiceNow technical counterpart to VP- and SVP-level leadership at each strategic technology partner.  Represent ServiceNow’s platform and AI strategy at partner executive forums, joint steering committees, and industry events.  Build trusted-advisor relationships with partner C-suite (CTO, CAIO, CDO) to shape practice investment and platform adoption roadmaps.  Navigate coexist-and-compete dynamics where a partner may be collaborator, platform, and customer at once.  Team leadership and talent  Build, inspire, and develop the global PTA team, establishing clear career paths, succession plans, and talent pipelines to support ecosystem growth.  Establish the operating model; engagement cadences, reporting rhythms, and knowledge-sharing practices that keep a distributed team aligned.  Drive recruiting for senior partner-facing technical talent, sourcing from platform companies, hyperscalers, and advanced consultancies.  Foster a PTA community of practice that turns cross-partner learning into collective technical strength.            15+ years in technology leadership spanning pre-sales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical partnership management at enterprise scale, with demonstrated success in partner-ecosystem contexts.  10+ years of second-line leadership building and scaling front-line technical teams across diverse geographies, with strong coaching and talent development.  Deep technical credibility across enterprise platforms, cloud architectures, and the AI stack—foundation models, agentic architectures, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption patterns—with the ability to translate capability into business value.  Fluency in technology-partner go-to-market: hyperscaler co-sell, ISV and marketplace economics, and strategic technology alliances, including their business models and co-innovation requirements.  Proven track record growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through measurable pipeline growth, deal velocity, and win-rate impact.  Executive presence to engage C-level partner stakeholders, present to large audiences, and build strategic relationships across organizational boundaries.  Experience leading distributed, high-autonomy technical teams across multiple geographies.  Preferred qualifications  ServiceNow platform and AI portfolio experience, or deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and workflow automation.  Experience building or scaling partner marketplace or Store programs at a major technology platform.  Hyperscaler co-sell experience across public cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).  Co-innovation framework or design-thinking expertise.  Background in developer relations, partner engineering, or technology alliance program management.  Location and travel  Global, with approximately 40–50% travel across partner sites, ServiceNow offices, and joint customer engagements.  For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $174,675 - $250,225 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
