Who you are: We believe you are commercially driven, enjoy building relationships and are motivated by turning opportunities into business. You are comfortable taking ownership of the sales process, working independently and collaborating with colleagues and partners to move opportunities forward. You have a good understanding of the marine industry and a technical background that enables you to understand customer needs and communicate effectively with shipowners, shipyards and technical stakeholders. Your experience may come from a marine equipment supplier, shipyard or shipowner, preferably within areas such as marine machinery, ship design, piping systems, refrigeration, absorption chillers or waste heat recovery. You take a customer-focused approach to sales and understand how to build business by creating value for the customer. Other criteria: An engineering degree, together with a commercial background. Minimum 7 years of experience in the marine industry. Experience with value-based sales processes. Sales strategy, business development, and marketing. You are used to working internationally with a broad range of stakeholders. You are assertive and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You are service oriented, a team player with a flexible mindset. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Swedish and/or other languages is an advantage. Our offer to you: We offer you a fun and challenging job in a driven and exciting environment. You will be based at our headquarters in Kista, Stockholm, where our HeatPower systems are developed, manufactured and undergo full-scale testing, and where we also operate our spare parts logistics centre. You will join an engaged and collaborative team while working closely with customers, shipowners, shipyards, partners and agents around the world. With Climeon in an exciting stage of growth and increasing activity within the maritime market, the role offers significant opportunities to take responsibility, make an impact and develop both professionally and personally.
