As part of our Global People Strategy, we are building the capabilities needed to support our long-term business ambitions, including enabling HR excellence powered by technology, strengthening people data and analytics, and creating more consistent global people frameworks.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on <strong>Global Strategic People Projects Lead</strong> to drive some of our most important global People & Culture initiatives. This role will lead complex cross-functional projects that support the evolution of our global people agenda, helping us create scalable frameworks, improve data-driven decision-making, and strengthen the employee experience across a diverse international workforce.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The initial focus will include leading and supporting strategic initiatives such as:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Global Job Architecture</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Global People Data & Analytics</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>People Governance, Data Standards and Process Transformation</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Reward, Recognition and Pay Transparency initiatives</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strategic Workforce Insights and Organizational Effectiveness projects</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Working closely with the Global People & Culture Team, divisional/functional People leaders and their teams, senior business stakeholders, IT, Finance and external advisory partners, this role will help translate strategy into execution and deliver sustainable business impact.</span></p><hr><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><p><span><strong>Lead Strategic Global People Projects</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Lead the planning, mobilization and delivery of complex global People & Culture projects.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives supporting the Global People Strategy.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Develop project plans, governance structures, risk mitigation plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Track progress, manage dependencies and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and outcomes.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Drive Global Job Architecture and Workforce Frameworks</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Play a leading role in the design, implementation and global scaling of Securitas' Global Job Architecture framework including chair for the governance council.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish globally consistent job families, career streams, levels and governance.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Lead initiatives related to pay transparency, workforce planning.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure alignment between job architecture, people data, organizational structures and reward frameworks.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This work supports Securitas' ambition to create a globally aligned framework that drives pay equity, transparency, career development, internal mobility and improved workforce insights.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Estab
