Global Workplace Project Manager

key responsibilities will be: Lead the delivery of complex projects across Ramboll’s global portfolio (international travel maybe required). Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety requirements and local regulations. Lead project governance activities, including steering committees and stakeholder reporting. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies. Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to successfully design, plan and execute projects. Partner with Design & Construction peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, expansions, re-stacks and moves. Regularly engage with senior stakeholders and project teams to ensure business case objectives and deliverables remain aligned, relevant and on track. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards and methodologies. Manage project change control processes and evaluate impacts to scope, budget and programme.
