Global Workplace Project Manager

key responsibilities will be:  Lead the delivery of complex projects across Ramboll’s global portfolio (international travel may be required). Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health & safety requirements and local regulations. Lead project governance activities, including steering committees and stakeholder reporting. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies. Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to successfully design, plan and execute projects. Partner with Design & Construction peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, expansions,re-stacks and moves. Regularly engage with senior stakeholders and project teams to ensure business case objectives and deliverables remain aligned, relevant and on track. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards and methodologies. Manage project change control processes and evaluate impacts to scope, budget and programme. About you  Experience in delivering large scale office relocation projects  Experience managing multiple concurrent projects  In-depth knowledge of corporate real estate and workplace operations  Professional qualification in Project Management (ideally Prince 2 practitioner level)  Solid communication and interpersonal skills  Exceptional problem-solving skills  Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and strong stakeholder management  Excellent in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Experience in presenting to senior leadership and steering committee  Demonstrable technical understanding of office design, fit-out, construction, and workplace projects Bachelor's degree (advantageous) Excellent English skills About Ramboll Founded in Denmark, Ramboll is a foundation-owned people company.
