Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for a company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg. Assignment description You will join a Brand Experience Design team, a cross-functional group where curiosity, drive, and an interdisciplinary mindset are deeply valued. The team collaborates closely with multiple design disciplines to shape the mobility experiences of tomorrow. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the creative development and execution of product launches. From early concept to final delivery, you will help craft bold, emotionally engaging visual narratives that elevate the brand and bring products to life across multiple touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead graphic design task for product launches and brand experiences – from early concept to final delivery Collaborate closely with interior, exterior, CMF, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints Translate complex ideas and product features into simple, emotional, and premium visual narratives Contribute to the evolution of the company's visual language across physical and digital platforms Qualifications and skills required for the role 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design following projects from idea to production. Strong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability. Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects Solid understanding of turning initial concepts and designs into reality through a variety of production methods and material limitations. A strong understanding of branding and developing a consistent and cohesive expression. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams Ability to clearly present ideas and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Personal attributes Strong drive, independent and organized as well as a good team player Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, able to drive concepts and ideas forward Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions Ability to manage competing project priorities and constraints Comfortable working in flat and dynamic teams Passionate to work on ambiguous and complex future challenges Creative problem solver, structured, methodical, analytical Highly motivated, flexible, and able to work under constrained time schedules Cultural awareness, especially Asian and European culture Additional information Travels to China may be needed (approx. 1-2 trips per year). Everyone in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate and is expected to be able to work autonomously Fluent in English, spoken and written Driver’s license IT/SW requirements (if applicable) Figma Adobe Creative Suite This role requires fluency in English.
