Our workplace fosters an environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company. 🎉🥳</span></p><p>We are now looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our team, based in Stockholm</p><p><span>The Group Financial Controller will own Group accounting, consolidation and statutory reporting across our international group of 10+ entities, with a Swedish parent company and subsidiaries across the US, UK, France, Germany and other markets.</span></p><p><span>Since our transition to NetSuite in January 2026, a lot of how we work is still being defined - this is a chance to shape those processes early rather than step into a fixed structure</span></p><p><span>This is a hands-on role: you will both prepare and own the consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial governance. Alongside the core accounting mandate, you will play a key role in shaping how Finance works going forward - driving process efficiency and automation as we build on our new NetSuite infrastructure (live since January 2026).</span></p><h4><span>Key responsibilities:</span></h4><h5><span>Group Consolidation & Reporting</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Own the end-to-end group consolidation process for 10+ entities, including intercompany accounting and eliminations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) under IFRS across all business units and geographies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare the Group annual report in accordance with IFRS.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>Audit & Tax</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Lead statutory reporting and audits, and own group tax compliance including corporate income tax, VAT, payroll taxes and transfer pricing governance, in collaboration with external advisors where needed.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>Internal Controls & Compliance</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Design, implement and maintain the Group's financial governance and internal controls framework.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>Finance Transformation</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Drive transformation initiatives that create efficiency and add value across the finance organization - championing the use of AI, process automation, reporting efficiency and data quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a key finance stakeholder in shaping how NetSuite and other systems are used and developed, working closely with the team that owns system governance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner closely with FP&A to ensure alignment between accounting outcomes and business performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, People and external advisors.</span></p></li></ul><h4><span>What we are looking for:</span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Have several years of experience within group accounting, controllership or financial reporting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience preparing consolidated financial statements and annual reports under IFRS</span></p></li><li><p><span>Are comfortable working in a multi-entity, multi-country environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have experience managing external audits and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English</span></p></li><li><p><span>Are highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment</span></p></li></ul><h4><span>What we offer:</span></h4><ul><li><p><span>A high-impact role with significant ownership over the company's financial control environment and reporting cadence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Competitive salary and benefits package.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Opportunity to work with a talented, international team and shape scalable accounting operations across multiple countries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional development and career progression opportunities, plus regular socials and company-wide initiatives.</span></p></li></ul><p>If this role interests you please APPLY!</p><figure data-alignment="left" class="relative" style="
