Growth Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior, client-facing growth marketing role at a creative intelligence company operating at the intersection of paid social and AI-driven ad performance. You'll own high-impact client accounts, lead strategic direction, and work cross-functionally with creatives and media buyers to scale campaigns efficiently — making you a central figure in delivering measurable results for major brands. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Oversee annual media budgets of $5M–$50M across Meta, TikTok, and Google, driving efficient spend and scalable account growth. - Lead client relationships through regular strategy sessions, meetings, and quarterly business reviews. - Develop cohesive growth strategies that place creative performance at the center of paid advertising programs. - Translate creative performance data into actionable insights for clients, creative teams, and media buyers. - Identify and execute optimizations across funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement systems. - Partner with forward-deployed creatives and media buyers to turn data-driven insights into high-performing, scaled campaigns. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4–8 years of paid media experience; agency and/or consumer app background strongly preferred. - Deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising platforms and campaign management. - Proven track record managing paid media accounts with seven-figure annual budgets ($1M+). - Experience running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google simultaneously. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear strategic recommendations. - Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading client-facing meetings and crafting compelling decks. - Experience developing growth strategies that integrate creative performance with media buying decisions. - Familiarity with mobile advertising measurement systems including SKAN, AEM, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $130,000–$175,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in New York City, NY. This role requires working in-office.
