Growth Proposal Lead
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Typically 7+ years of experience supporting federal government proposals, capture, business development, or related activities. Demonstrated experience managing complex federal proposals and coordinating cross-functional proposal teams. Strong proposal writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce concise, persuasive, customer-focused content. Solid understanding of federal procurement processes, solicitation structures, evaluation criteria, and proposal compliance. Ability to understand moderately complex technical solutions and work effectively with technical subject matter experts without needing to serve as the technical architect. Experience supporting pre-RFP shaping activities and developing customer-facing materials. Strong project management, organization, facilitation, and deadline-management skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and shift between strategic and tactical responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the executive presence to work with senior leaders, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Federal agencies and mission environments. Experience with major IDIQs, GWACs, task-order competitions, and other federal contracting vehicles. Experience developing oral presentation materials, white papers, RFIs, sources sought responses, and unsolicited or shaping materials. Understanding of technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud, data/AI, enterprise IT, or other professional and technical services environments. Familiarity with proposal automation, collaboration, content-management, and generative AI tools used to accelerate proposal development. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
