# Trainee Program At Thomas Concrete Group, we’re on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our trainee program. Your unique journey begins here. Since 2016, we’ve been offering a one-year program that is as unique as you are. You’ll get a broad view of our business. This includes different roles and our approach to work.
