We are looking for people with... Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate. Proven experience in supplier and contract management within a Facility Management environment. Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional or matrix organisation. Experience in budgeting, operational planning and cost management. Experience working with CAFM systems, such as Planon, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations and supplier performance management. Fluent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken. Experience within the retail industry, international organisations and/or energy management is considered an advantage. Facility Management or Project Management certifications are considered an advantage. And people who are... Analytical and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills. Collaborative and confident in building strong relationships across different functions and external partners. Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement. Well organised and methodical, using data to prioritise, plan and drive decisions.
