As Head of Client Engagement, you will play a key role in defining how clients experience Acne Studios around the world. Leading our global approach to clienteling, events and VIC development, you will create meaningful and memorable experiences. Based at our Stockholm headquarters, you will set the strategic direction for Client Engagement globally while empowering regional teams to deliver exceptional experiences that feel uniquely Acne Studios. WHAT YOU WILL DO As Head of Client Engagement, your main contribution will be to define and lead Acne Studios' global client engagement strategy across clienteling, events, and VIC development, elevating long-term relationships across the full client spectrum. You will translate brand DNA into distinctive omnichannel client experiences that drive loyalty, desirability, and client lifetime value. You will report to the Global Director Client Engagement & Experience. You will play a vital role in shaping how Acne Studios builds, nurtures, and celebrates client relationships globally by: Shape and drive Acne Studios' global client engagement vision Lead the evolution of Clienteling, Events, and VIC engagement across all markets Create distinctive omnichannel client journeys that strengthen loyalty, desirability, and client lifetime value Establish global frameworks, standards, and ways of working that inspire consistent execution worldwide Elevate client relationships through culturally relevant experiences, activations, and events Translate client insights and CRM data into meaningful engagement strategies and personalised experiences Champion client-centric thinking across Retail, CRM, Digital, Marketing, and Client Experience Represent Client Engagement internally and externally with credibility, influence, and presence Lead and develop a high-performing global team Own strategic priorities, budget, and performance optimisation to deliver measurable business impact WHO YOU ARE You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. Specific personal qualities for this role: Confident and highly personable, with a natural ability to build meaningful relationships Credible and inspiring, with the presence to represent the function at a senior level Skilled at creating authentic and memorable experiences for top-tier clients Emotionally intelligent and culturally aware, with a strong understanding of diverse client behaviors Specific experience and knowledge for this role: 10+ years of experience in Client Engagement, Clienteling, or CRM within luxury fashion Proven success in luxury environments with a strong clienteling culture Expertise in omnichannel client engagement and customer journey strategy Track record of delivering impactful client experiences, activations, and events Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Strong understanding of luxury brand storytelling and client experience Fluent in English What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
