You will set strategy, shape the roadmap, and ensure strong product–market fit through customer insight and data.</span></p><p><span>You will work hands‑on with business models, pricing, user insights, and product performance. Additionally, you ensure that the team has what they need to deliver exceptional customer value.</span></p><p><span>This role can be based in either Björbo or Borlänge, in Dalarna.</span></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and develop a cross‑functional product team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive business models, pricing, and P&L</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and follow up KPIs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enable team performance and remove blockers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead customer discovery, user insights, and needs analysis</span></p></li></ul><div><hr></div><p><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span><span style=""><br></span><span>We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who can navigate both long term vision and day-to-day execution. You combine strong analytical thinking with curiosity, customer focus, and a drive to make things better. You create clarity, build trust, and bring people along, fostering an environment where your team can perform at its best.
