Head of Global Franchise and Performance Standards Role Summary As Head of Global Franchise and Performance Standards, you will lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of Scania's global Dealer Performance Standards, and Distributor Performance Standards. You will ensure standards support the Scania strategy, drive commercial excellence, and enable a consistent customer experience across markets. Job Responsibilities Lead the global franchise and performance standards agenda and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Collaborate with regional Operational Excellence teams to continuously improve and deploy standards. Identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and best practices across markets. Ensure standards are implemented, maintained, and followed up in a sustainable manner. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to regional stakeholders. Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization of key processes. Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders. Prepare reviews, analyses, and recommendations for senior management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Who You Are Extensive leadership experience within commercial operations. Strong understanding of dealer operations, customer experience, and performance management. Experience in business process development and project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coach and influence leaders across international markets. A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach. Professional proficiency in English.
