What is needed in this role: • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. • 10+ years of experience within ICT Risk, Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Operational Risk or related fields. • Strong understanding of modern technology environments, digital transformation and emerging technology risks. • Experience working within the financial sector or another highly regulated industry. • Solid understanding of governance, risk and control frameworks. • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at executive level. • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including DORA, information security and operational resilience frameworks. • Strong analytical capabilities and sound judgement. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • University degree in a relevant discipline. • Professional fluency in English.
