Head of Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding marketing hire at a fast-growing, seed-funded AI voice platform in the B2C SaaS space. You will own marketing end-to-end, from strategy and budget through to hands-on execution, and play a central role in fuelling pipeline and driving international expansion into the UK and US. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the full marketing function with strategic, operational, and budget responsibility. - Define positioning, storytelling, and content that make a technical product clear, memorable, and conversion-focused. - Set strategy, priorities, and KPIs across channels, reporting on pipeline impact. - Build and run an AI-first growth playbook to scale inbound across organic and paid channels. - Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and markets, including UK and US expansion. - Hire and grow a high-performing marketing team while staying operationally hands-on. - Continuously test new channels and use experiments and data to drive decisions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4 or more years in growth or marketing with end-to-end functional ownership and meaningful budget responsibility, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company. - Proven ability to translate technical products into compelling positioning and storytelling. - Strong track record building repeatable growth playbooks across organic and paid channels. - Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience running experiments and tracking KPIs tied to pipeline. - Deep familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing execution and inbound growth. - Experience building and leading marketing teams while remaining operationally involved. - Experience launching into new segments or international markets. - Background from a strong academic institution, with early career experience in consulting or a comparable high-calibre environment. - Native German proficiency and fluent professional English, both required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: EUR 75,000 to 120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany. Remote work is not an option for this position.
