Sitting within the People & Culture leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating a modern, scalable and service-oriented operating model that delivers exceptional employee experiences while supporting organisational growth and transformation. The role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery, overseeing people services, technology optimisation, workforce insights and continuous improvement initiatives, in close partnership with Legal and the General Manager - People on governance and compliance matters.
