Head of Strategy & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced business leader with the ability to set direction, create structure and deliver results through others. You are a confident and engaging leader who builds trust, provides clarity and enables team members to perform at their best. You combine strategic perspective with strong commercial understanding and a pragmatic approach to execution. To succeed, you need to understand the business, build credibility across the organisation and create buy-in among senior stakeholders and local market leaders. You are comfortable challenging constructively, navigating different perspectives and building strong relationships across functions and geographies. Experience & Requirements Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop teams of experienced professionals Solid experience in business development, growth, and strategy, gained from a senior in-house role and/or management or strategy consulting. Track record of turning strategy into action and measurable business impact. Experience from M&A and corporate development is meriting Experience establishing structures, governance and ways of working within strategy, business development and/or M&A. Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to assess markets, business opportunities and investments. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior management, business leaders and external advisors. Experience from a complex, decentralised and preferably asset-intensive organisation is advantageous. Relevant academic degree in business, finance, engineering or equivalent. Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
