Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled HIL Testing Analyst/Engineer to join our team supporting a major automotive OEM. The professional will be responsible for developing, executing, and automating Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) tests to validate software and system performance, with a focus on ADAS systems. Key Responsibilities HIL Testing: Develop and execute HIL test cases using dSPACE platforms to validate software functionality, system performance, and requirements. MATLAB/Simulink: Support software development, modeling, simulation, and integration activities using MATLAB/Simulink. Debugging & Troubleshooting: Analyze test results and investigate issues using tools such as CANalyzer and CANoe . Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and test environments to improve validation efficiency. ADAS Validation: Support the verification and validation of ADAS functions and systems throughout the development lifecycle. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with international engineering teams, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful system integration and validation. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to test plans, test cases, results, defects, and validation activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience with dSPACE HIL tools and platforms. Minimum 2 years of experience with MATLAB/Simulink. Hands-on experience in HIL testing, software validation, and test automation. Experience with ADAS systems is highly desirable. Good knowledge of automotive communication protocols, particularly CAN. Familiarity with CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, and Vector DaVinci Configurator is a plus. Programming experience with C/C++ is a plus. Fluent English is mandatory, as the position involves interaction with international teams and English proficiency will be assessed during the recruitment process.
