Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst with a strong focus on Payroll processes and HR systems to support an ongoing HR system transformation project. As a Payroll Process Developer, you will contribute expertise to the design, alignment, and implementation of project-driven changes. A key part of the assignment is to ensure that Payroll and HR requirements are translated into clear, standardized, and harmonized processes that support both strategic objectives and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support process development activities throughout the transformation, from requirements gathering and impact analysis to process design, documentation, testing, rollout, and stabilization. The assignment also has an important change perspective. You will contribute to embedding new ways of working into processes and help ensure that changes are understood, adopted, and sustained within the organization. Key Responsibilities Document, maintain, and update requirements for the new Payroll solution. Contribute to translating Payroll requirements into clear process designs. Support the development of future-state Payroll processes and workflows. Support requirements gathering and impact analysis related to process and system changes. Ensure process and requirements documentation is accurate, accessible, and kept up to date. Collaborate with project and change teams to support implementation readiness. Support testing of processes and the new solution. Support the development and update of user and administrator guides for the new solution. Contribute to rollout and stabilization activities. Support the implementation of new ways of working and ensure alignment between processes, system requirements, and change activities. Education & Technical Skills Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of Payroll and HR administration. Good understanding of People & Culture processes, particularly Payroll and time-related processes. Experience with process development, process mapping, and workflow design. Strong documentation skills and experience working with structured process frameworks. Experience with HR and Payroll systems. Fluent Swedish and English. Experience & Skills Experience in process development, process mapping, and workflow design. Strong practical knowledge of Payroll and HR administration. Understanding of People & Culture processes, particularly Payroll and time processes. Experience working with HR and Payroll systems such as SD Worx Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time, SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, SAP Payroll, or similar solutions. Experience working in projects and/or transformation initiatives. Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into processes and workflows. Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining structured process documentation. Understanding of change journeys and how process design can support adoption of new systems and ways of working. Ability to collaborate effectively across project, business, HR, and change stakeholders.
