Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support an ongoing HR system transformation project. In this assignment, you will contribute to the design, alignment, and implementation of project-driven changes, helping ensure that business requirements are translated into clear, standardized, and harmonized processes that support strategic objectives and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support process development activities throughout the transformation journey, from requirements gathering and impact analysis to process design, documentation, testing, rollout, and stabilization. An important part of the assignment is to understand and structure business requirements while maintaining a clear distinction between actual business needs, solution design, and technical implementation. You will also contribute to change activities by helping embed new ways of working into processes and supporting their adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, maintain, and update business requirements for the new HR solution. Contribute to translating Phoenix requirements into clear process designs, future-state processes, and workflows. Support requirements mapping, process analysis, and impact assessments. Ensure requirements and process documentation is accurate, accessible, structured, and kept up to date. Collaborate with project and change teams to support implementation readiness. Support testing activities related to processes and the new solution. Support the development and update of user and administrator guides. Contribute to rollout and stabilization activities. Support the alignment of business requirements and processes across relevant stakeholder groups. Contribute to embedding new ways of working and supporting sustainable adoption of the new solution. Education & Technical Skills Relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience. Experience working with business requirements and/or process development. Understanding of HR / People & Culture processes from a business perspective. Experience working with HR systems. Strong documentation skills and ability to structure complex information clearly. Fluent Swedish and English. Experience & Skills We are looking for candidates who bring experience in several of the areas below. Not all competencies are required, but relevant experience across multiple areas will be considered an advantage. Experience in requirements mapping, process development, process mapping, and workflow design. HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience and/or knowledge of HR administration. Understanding of People & Culture processes from a business perspective. Experience working with HR systems. Experience with HR master data, integrations, and downstream data consumption. Experience working in complex transformation programmes involving both global and local stakeholders. Ability to distinguish business requirements from solution design and technical implementation. Strong documentation skills and experience working with process frameworks. Understanding of change journeys and how process design can support adoption of new systems and ways of working.
