About the role:  As an HR Business Analyst , you’ll be the critical link between our HR and IT teams, helping turn business needs into smart, scalable solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across HR functions and countries, you’ll dive into processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and actionable insights. Rather than focusing primarily on system configuration, this role is about understanding how HR processes work, challenging how they can work better, and helping turn ideas into effective solutions . You’ll bring together process modelling, project management, continuous improvement, and technical affinity to help shape efficient and future-ready ways of working across HR.
